Charlie
Chief Shoelanthropist

Charlie was born in Memphis, TN. He grew up in North Carolina however moved to Huntsville, AL for college and work. In 2001,he started in the comfort shoe business by working at his local family shoe store in Huntsville. Meanwhile, Charlie completed college at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation in 2005, Charlie worked for 2 years in the corporate world as a Contract Administrator and Financial Manager. In 2009, Charlie moved to Chattanooga, TN with his wife and business partner Courtnay, to take over a local shoe store there called Chattanooga Shoe Company.

Courtnay
Boss Shoelanthropist

Courtnay was born and raised in Huntsville, AL. In 1999, she started her career in retail selling high-end, trendy apparel. In 2005, she made a transition to the comfort shoe business working at a local family shoe store in Huntsville. Courtnay also has vast experience in customer service, working 6 years as an account manager for a local electronics rep company. In 2009, Courtnay moved with her husband and business partner Charlie to Chattanooga, TN to take over a local shoe store called Chattanooga Shoe Company.

Amanda
Customer Service Manager

Amanda has deep passions for both helping people and comfort footwear!  These passions lead her directly to the footwear industry and there she has stayed for the last 11 years. Amanda considers her job to be extremely rewarding because she gets to turn frowns upside down on a daily basis!

Jackie
Designer and PHP Guru

Jackie is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He works as an Interface Designer in the Government Contracting world. He spends his spare time working on his van and doing creative side projects. Jackie enjoys the creativity and challenges that come with design work. Jackie also enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 dogs.
