Return Policy

Unlike many other web sites that have special guidelines for returns and lots of fine print, Shoelanthropy offers hassle free returns on all orders placed on our website with no minimum order requirement or special exceptions.

With Shoelanthropy's 30 day return policy, there are no weird penalties or exceptions on returns. You may return merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. All we ask is that you send the item(s) back to us in the original box, packed in a shipping box, and make sure that the merchandise is in new condition. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and you meet the return requirements, you can return your order for a full refund (less shipping). So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process. Process is described below.

Step-by-Step Return Process:

1. Pack item in original shipping box (or an appropriate box). Please include a return address. The return address is used to verify your original purchase!

2. Ship UPS or FEDEX to the address below:

3. Finished. It's that easy!

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

What happens to the money that was donated to the charity?

Unfortunately, money cannot be donated to a charity for a returned item however, for an exchanged item; money will still be donated to the same charity that was originally chosen!
