Shipping and Delivery Policy

Most orders will ship out within two to five days of purchase. If your item does not ship within the 2-5 day window because of a delay (holidays, backorder, discontinued item, etc.), you will be notified and given an estimated time of arrival and/or tracking number.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on carrier rates. These rates are not marked-up. Customer pays actual shipping costs. Items are shipped from various locations across the United States. Shipping costs will vary depending on from where and to where the item is shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped to the state of Tennessee will be charged a 9.25% sales tax.
